President
Andrea is Enviroscribe's Lead Consultant & Senior Project Manager. A seasoned professional, she brings a breadth of experience to her work which spans over 20 years in communications, half of which, in the web design & development industry.
It's all about relationships and Andrea brings a great deal of integrity to the table. She is an inspired leader who has consistently coordinated client and technical teams to achieve development & implementation goals on-time and on-budget.
Andrea's passion is project management and her primary focus at Enviroscribe is enterprise-scale, web-based application integration projects. She also maintains a number of web properties for clients with Steve, and takes on a limited number of small web projects each year. Andrea is also our resident photographer (her other passion). Andrea recently completed her Master's Certificate in Project Management, delivered by the University of Winnipeg on behalf of the Schulich Executive Education Centre at York University (2008). She has attended the Nielsen Norman Group Web Usability Intensive in San Francisco and is a Certified Member of the International Web Master's Association in recognition of her experience, professionalism and knowledge as a Creative Director.
Stephen Jay
Programmer & Systems Analyst
Stephen Jay has been Enviroscribe's Programmer and Senior Technical Consultant since our inception. Where Andrea's designs & engineering frame the front-end, Steve's applications drive the dynamic content.
For over ten years Steve has programmed, implemented & supported countless web applications, from custom event registration systems to resource centres, clinic databases, HR bulletin posting systems, complex forms, patient referral systems, on-line calendars, news systems & polls, and everything in between. He maintains our servers and monitors HelpDesk.
Steve is a Database Management instructor at Red River Community College and on the rare occasion when there's 'not much going on', you'll find him on the banks of the Red River fly fishing or in his basement tying fly's & dreaming of summer... ![]()
